What happens if my website goes down?
Our uptime monitoring system alerts us the moment your site goes offline—often before you even notice. During business hours, our team prioritizes outages and responds within minutes. If the issue occurs outside of business hours, we’ll address it as soon as we’re aware.
What are light support tasks?
Light support tasks include any work that can be done within WordPress in less than 30 minutes. For example, this could include adding/updating content, installing or configuring a plugin, or adding some custom css. It does not include any website design or development.
Are installing new plugins included?
Plugin installations can be handled through light support tasks included in our Growth and Partner support plans. Because plugins are built by third parties, we take the necessary steps to carefully vet, test, deploy, and configure each one across development, staging, and production environments to ensure they work smoothly with your site.
Do you maintain WordPress websites that Storyware did not build?
Yes, we do—provided we can audit the site first and you’re open to moving it to our hosting partner, Cloudways. There’s a one-time onboarding fee of $2,500 to bring third-party sites onto one of our support plans. Please note that bug fixes aren’t included, as the site wasn’t originally built by Storyware.
Are hosting fees included in your support plans?
Yes, hosting fees are included for most websites. Our Foundation plan covers up to $15/month, the Growth plan covers up to $30/month, and the Partner plan covers up to $60/month.
Do you provide discounts for managing multiple sites?
Yes, we offer this option if your sites are part of a WordPress multi-site instance.
